There are many different factors that we take into account when we price out a powerwashing job. Some examples of what we look at when quoting a job include the size and scope of the project, what material are we cleaning (vinyl, brick, concrete, cedar, etc), how dirty is what we are cleaning, where is the job located, and several other factors. We provide custom-tailored quotes for each and every one of our customers and we would be more than happy to get you your free same-day estimate, simply reach out to us today.
This is totally up to you! Some of our customers choose to be home and others are okay with us doing the job without them being there. Whatever you are more comfortable with. If we do come when you are not home please make sure that your water supply is on and all of your windows are closed. We will move any outdoor furniture as needed as well.
It’s difficult to say since there are many factors at play such as location, tree coverage, type of landscaping, pollen amount, yard positioning, etc however, typically clients call us back every 2-4 years.
Softwashing uses cleaners and detergents with low pressure and hot water. Our gentle softwash process will be the safest way to clean your home. Using high pressure and cold water can actually spread the moss, mildew, and algae. Cleaning this way simply removes the top layer of moss/mildew/algae; however, with hot water and our cleaning solutions, we are actually killing all of those spores. This helps prevent them from coming back. Softwashing extends the life of paint and brightens up fences, porches, driveways, and sidewalks. In addition, it keeps everything looking cleaner for a longer period of time.
Many people think the words Power-wash and Pressure-wash are interchangeable; when in fact they are completely different. Pressure washing uses cold water and high pressure and is what most other pressure-washing companies offer. High pressure can actaully cause damage to whatever is being cleaned, including damaged siding, roofs, fences, etc. We are different because we perform powerwashing (softwashing) which is far superior because this uses low pressure and hot water with cleaners and detergents. Softwashing is gentler, yet more effective compared to pressure washing because instead of removing the top of dirt and grime and spreading it around we are actually removing it at the source and killing all of the moss, mildew, and algae so your house will stay cleaner longer.
Absolutely not! We ensure we perform a thorough wash-down at the end of every job to ensure everything gets rinsed properly. We use eco-friendly products that will not damage or harm and pets or landscaping.
Great question! Many people do decide to powerwash themselves and that’s totally fine! However, other people decide to hire a professional to save time, not risk themselves getting hurt on a ladder, and have the job done as best as possible. We have top of the line equipment and will do a much better job than a traditional pressure washer you get at a hardware store. Cleaning cedar is a much different process than cleaning concrete or pavers and our 10+ years of experience is what separates us from other companies since we know the best method to clean each surface. We also use cleaners and detergents which will keep your house clean for a longer period of time compared to traditional pressure washing methods so you won’t have to powerwash as often.
So a light-moderate rain will actually help rinse all the cleaners and detergents off so this won’t be an issue. However, if it is a severe down-pour, lightening, or there are excessive wind speeds we will have to reschedule the appointment. Typically, we are able to come the very next day!
Payment is completed after our work is performed, we do not require a deposit. We accept cash, all major debit/credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), checks, Venmo, and PayPal. We can also send an invoice after the job is complete and payment can be made that way as well.
